The dorkiness is revealed

While Chuck is away I have been on vacation. We haven’t had a real dinner since he’s been gone. We haven’t had the house completely clean since Nichole’s kids got picked up so I can’t blame it on them. As soon as it was “just us” in the house anything that fell onto the floor stays there permanently. The dining room table is covered in scrapbooking supplies, as is the dining room floor and it’s looked like that for two days now!

I don’t know about you but I’m liking a little vacation every now and then. I did go out with Tammy today but that was to get the children over their bout with cabin fever and then I could take more pictures of them and have even more to scrapbook!

I know, I’m a dork but I’m a dork with a blog so I’m going to write about my dorkiness and anyone not wanting to read my drivel can go read a book or something.

Here’s pictures from today’s trip to Heritage Park.  This is Kelsey in a rare moment when I could get her to look at the camera. She could see right through my premise adn was determined not to help in my effort for a scrapbook page. I got her in the end though! Ha! (I’m ha-ing an 18 month old.  I’m so proud.)

I don’t know why but when I smile I stick my tongue against my front teeth and end up looking like I’m about to stick my tongue out. It’s so flattering, don’t you think? Don’t answer that.
