I don’t remember ever hearing about Sparks until I was trying to get Jocelyn enrolled with the Girl Guides here in Cochrane. She’s too young to be a Brownie so she’s a Spark!
Last night was her investiture. She is now a full fledged Girl Guide complete with shirt,sash, badges and matching hair scrunchee.
