It wasn’t my fault!

Here I was, making a renewed effort to write more and my laptop broke. I can’t blog without a computer so I spent my time thinking of all the witty things I would write about if I could. Unfortunately for you I have forgotten what all those witty things were and we’re left with pictures.

Not a bad thing, right?

This is going to be a family filled blog post. First, Chuck’s mother and grandmother came for dinner and we took some pictures of everyone which makes me especially happy because right now my grandfather is in a hospital in Utah. I wish I had pictures of my kids with my grandfather.

The other family filled event we’ve experienced lately is Jocelyn’s baptism. My mom and dad came to town to be here with her. Everyone was so happy to have them here. I just wish we had more time with them! There’s always next time, right?

Jocelyn was so happy to have her baptism and she took it very seriously. I am so proud of her!

I can’t even say enough of how beautiful the baptism was. I can’t believe she’s old enough to be baptized and I’m so proud of her for choosing for herself.

That’s so wonderful for Jocelyn….I still remember her baby dedication, I can’t believe she’s old enough either!

    Congrats Jocey!!!

Mom looks so beautiful in those pictures! And I’m glad Jocey had such a wonderful time on her Baptism. I love her Baptism dress! She looks like an angel! I know mom and dad had a wonderful time. And I agree with you. I wish that my kids would have been able to have pictures with their great- grandparents. But considering we don’t have any pictures of ourselves with our own grandparents, I guess it’s a lot to ask for. But the best thing we can do for our children is to teach them all about their grandparents. And to engage in frequent visits. And to take lots of pictures. Plus, our parents are very involved! So we win either way!
