Today was the day. The day for all Canadians everywhere to eat turkey, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, vegetables and pies of all assortments. We did our best to keep with tradition. In order for you to feel like you were a part of this tradition I documented parts of my day. My older kids were helping with chopping vegetables, cleaning the dining room and vacuuming the play room.
It’s cheap labor! Don’t judge me!
Since the older kids were busy dusting, mopping and sewing me beautiful gowns to wear I took pictures of Laurelyn.
Laurelyn loved the music we had playing during the Thanksgiving preparations.
I think that next year I will have the kids make Thanksgiving dinner and sit back until it’s time to eat. That sounds like heaven, don’t you think?
