Since it’s birth in 2005 I have watched the growth. I have looked at the pictures and laughed out loud at all the fun that woman who are nothing more than strangers to me, are having. They may be strangers but we share something. We share a hobby, a talent, an obsession. We are all blogging women with different themes, ideas, writing styles and audiences. That feeling of pride at writing something really witty is the same. The feeling you get when comments start popping up is the same. The excitement over something wonderful happening to one of our fellow bloggers who we have never met, may never met but love and read regularly.
I have always wanted to go to BlogHer but it’s never been good timing. This year may still not be good timing but I’m so excited about it!
If you haven’t heard BlogHer is in Chicago from July 23-25. It’s being held in the Chicago Sheratan and Towers. If you haven’t already, I suggest getting a hold of someone fun (aren’t all of us mom bloggers fun?) and booking a room right away.
Oh and don’t forget to put up pictures so that those of us that love the voyeur seat can enjoy BlogHer safe in our pajamas.
